Involvement with I&E projects and processes for continuous improvement.
Development of capabilities:
Help the I&E department solve problems and implement improvements.
Writing procedures, teaching, and working with operations to improve the production process.
Equipment, job, and project inspections.
Assist the Environmental Department with testing and compliance issues.
Facilitate excellent, two-way flow of communications.
Build constructive relationships focused on growth and knowledge with management, maintenance, and production.
Associates Degree in Industrial Electronics and Instrumentation or related field.
Seven years of experience as an I&E Tech, I&E Supervisor, or Instrumentation Engineering in a refinery or manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated outstanding communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an organization.
