Field Construction Coordinator

Position
Summary:
The Field Coordinator will be responsible for oversight of multiple Capital construction projects, daily field activities, and reports to the Construction Manager.
Construction success is measured by Safety, Quality, and successful start-ups.
Field Coordinator will have the opportunity to manage a wide array of unique projects across our production facilities.
Key
Responsibilities:
Comply with MSHA & and all Company safety policies Communicate and assist in training pertinent safety policies to all crews prior to commencement of work Ensure that laborers and all employees work in a safe manner and comply with Company safety policies Incorporate construction knowledge and experience into safety, project execution, and schedule Ensure that construction work scope meets contracted scope Coordinate with project managers to ensure standards and quality across the site Coordinate and ensure projects comply with regulatory and code requirements Oversight of field construction operations and startup Prepare and communicate construction reports to key stakeholders Actives:
Ensure laborers have completed appropriate safety training including site specific training(s), company safety policies, MSHA certificates, and Company's site specific orientation Develop safe work permit(s) (SWP), Safe Work Permit Field Sheet Ensure all permits (burn, safe work, confined space entry, HRP lock-out/tag-out, etc.
) have been completed by the responsible party Facilitate the handoff of the SWP(s) and ensure that all affected parties are in alignment with the work to be completed Facilitate the handback of the SWP(s) and ensure that all affected parties are satisfied with the work completed and the state of the job site Ensure that progress is accurately reported in shift update reports/meetings Understand the details of all projects to ensure a proactive approach is made for all potential issues Incorporate construction knowledge for the development of project scope, request for proposals, cost estimation, and schedules Confirm the contractors are working from the latest drawing revisions and have all the design/construction documents that have been issued Visit all work areas at a minimum of once per shift to audit for housekeeping, safety violations, and general safe work behaviors Off-shift coordination Ability to work weekends and/or night shift as assigned on an individual project basis Education and Experience Required:
4
years of industrial construction experience OR bachelor's degrees in construction management, engineering, or related field.
(electrical, instrumentation, welding, fabrication, rotating equipment, structure erection) High school diploma or equivalent (GED) from an accredited educational institution Excellent adaptability interacting with all levels in and outside of the organization Intermediate MS Office experience Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of MSHA policies and practices 2
years of construction experience as a foreman, general foreman or superintendent Intermediate AutoCAD experience Recommended Skills Adaptability Architectural Drawing Auditing Auto Cad Confined Spaces Construction Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
