Responsibilities:
Maintain daily and weekly work order scheduling tool and perform Mine Maintenance and Mine IE Scheduler dutiesAnalyze work or service required by work orders and help determine labor and materials Track work order accomplishment, accuracy, opportunity work and man hour utilization using Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAM)Report results during weekly maintenance meetings.
Utilize priorities from Maintenance and Production Superintendents, Supervisors and Mine Planner to schedule workProvide draft schedule to Maintenance Supervision for review.
Communicate with Maintenance Supervisors to update available resource capacities by work centerSchedule to 100% of resource capacity.
Perform as Mine Maintenance Planner for Mine Mobile EquipmentDevelop and schedule preventative maintenance, ensure high use items are stocked in warehouse and requisition parts for repairs.
Create and manage Mine assets, work orders, budget, and requisitions in EAMUpdate asset Bill of Materials, requisition materials and tools for Maintenance and Production teams, initiate work orders and work requests, perform work order reviews and compile open work orders for scheduling.
Work with warehousing and procurement to add materials to stock, maintaining part descriptions, parts obsolescence and reconciliation, audits, parts identification and controlling costs.
Participate and provide feedback for Continuous Process Improvement.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years of Mining Experience and/or MaintenanceDemonstrated proficiency with EAM Systems (Microsoft D365) and all Microsoft computer applications.
Demonstrated ability to interact with and provide support for employees at all levels of anDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and inSelf-motivated and able to work in a teamAble to meet physical demands of thePREFERRED SKILLS:
Maintenance Planning Courses orExperience operating or maintaining Underground MiningCurrently hold or able to obtain Mine Foreman's and Examiners Recommended Skills Asset Management Auditing Communication Continuous Production Maintenance Preventive Maintenance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
